Newcastle Falcons renew partnership with iPRO Hydrate for three years
Newcastle Rugby Ltd are pleased to announce iPRO Hydrate as the club's preferred hydration partner for a further three years.
This partnership renewal will see iPRO Hydrate supply both rugby union side Newcastle Falcons and rugby league team Newcastle Thunder, with their Informed Sport Approved range of products keeping the players hydrated during training and on match days until 2022.
From grassroots level to professional clubs both internationally and in the UK, iPRO provides optimum hydration in the form of low sugar drinks sweetened by Stevia. All flavours have natural ingredients and are free from artificial colours, flavours and sweeteners – allowing players to reach optimum performance levels in the most competitive of environments.
iPRO will also be working in partnership with Newcastle Rugby to promote sustainability, and are proud to supply their healthy hydration drinks within 500ml bottles which are 100% recyclable and use a minimum of 50% recycled plastic. The club will also receive a new allocation of iPRO reusable water bottles for players, to reduce the usage of single-use plastic water bottles.
On the deal, iPRO Hydrate commercial manager, Lucy Darrall said:
“We are extremely proud to partner with Newcastle Rugby for a further three years.
“Hydration is vitally important for performance and recovery and our premium products provide players with a healthy drink that uses only the highest quality ingredients. We are looking forward to supporting the club more in the future and wish both teams the best of luck for their seasons.”
Mick Hogan, executive director of Newcastle Falcons and chairman at Newcastle Thunder, commented:
“It’s fantastic news that iPRO have extended their partnership with both the Falcons and Thunder.
“Their product range is incredibly well received by all the players and we are reassured that we have the support of such high-quality hydration.
“iPRO are true market leaders, and their ongoing commitment to addressing sustainability and recycling makes them the number one choice of partner for both of our clubs.”
