Join the iPRO #40DaysOfWellness Challenge!
Healthy hydration drinks company iPRO encourage people to join them for a #40DaysOfWellness Challenge starting on Wednesday 17th February 2021.
Lent is viewed as a time to test self-discipline and people are known to give up unhealthy habits, foods, alcohol or start a new challenge, so why not use it as a time to kick start your wellness journey!
After a tough year of lockdowns, gyms being closed, working from home and social distancing, it has never been more important to take charge of your physical and mental wellbeing.
So what is wellness? There are many varying definitions of wellness, however, the World Health Organization (WHO) explain wellness as “a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease of infirmity.”
Maintaining wellness is crucial to living a higher quality of life and directly affects our actions and emotions. Optimal wellness will reduce the risk of illness, subdue stress and ensure positive interactions.
iPRO’s #40DaysOfWellness Challenge will have a weekly focus on six key areas of wellness including activity, social connections, nutrition, mindfulness, sleep and environment, finishing with a round up and focus on how to take the new skills into everyday life.
The objective of the #40DaysOfWellness Challenge is to encourage everyone to not only take part in the 40 day challenge, but to take the lessons learnt into your daily life routine to improve your lifestyle and wellbeing forever.
To join the challenge, follow iPRO on social media by searching for @iPROHydrate and use the hashtag #40DaysOfWellness!
